I'm an engineering manager based in Bratislava, Slovakia. I care about building healthy teams, shipping products users trust, and creating space for engineers to do their best work. I believe the best code is the code you don't write. I like to make decisions based on data whenever possible, and I'm always excited to learn new skills.

I have experience building web and mobile applications and leading engineering teams.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing board games, and volunteering. I also maintain open-source projects, tinker with Home Assistant, and getting started with 3D printing.
